Convergys Names Three Executives
CINCINNATI, OH - Jean-Hervé Jenn, Francois Lancon and Raul A. Rodriguez will head billing and customer care initiatives globally.

CINCINNATI, OH - Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG) has named three executives to senior management positions in its Information Management Group (IMG). Jean-Hervé Jenn has been named President of Convergys (IMG) for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Francois Lancon has been named President of Convergys (IMG) for the Asia Pacific region. And Raul A. Rodriguez has been named President of Convergys (IMG) for Central and Latin America. These executives will report to Steve Robertson, President of Convergys' International Information Management Group. "As we expand our global reach, these talented and highly qualified individuals will be instrumental in guiding our efforts to become the world leader in billing software and customer care services," said Robertson. As Convergys President IMG for EMEA, Jean-Hervé Jenn is responsible for the execution of Convergys strategic billing and customer care initiatives throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Jenn joins Convergys from Goldman Sachs, where he led a team responsible for all strategic dialogues with large corporate, institutional and government clients of Goldman Sachs. Convergys President IMG for AsiaPac, Francois Lancon is responsible for the execution of Convergys strategic billing and customer care initiatives in the Asia Pacific market and is based in Convergys' Singapore office. Lancon comes to Convergys with broad experience in communications technology and software fields having recently held a number of senior positions with Nortel Networks in the Asia Pacific region. Convergys President IMG for LatAm, Raul A. Rodriguez, based in Convergys' São Paulo office, is responsible for the execution of Convergys strategic billing and customer care initiatives in the Central and Latin American markets. Before joining Convergys, Rodriguez served as vice president of Sales Latin America for Openwave Systems Inc.
