Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories has joined forces with Eckoh to address the rapidly growing market for hosted self-service solutions.

The partnership will give Genesys’ clients access to Eckoh’s hosted self-service capability. Eckoh will be able to offer its clients a wider choice of solutions, including Voice XML applications, computer telephony integration (CTI), and Voice Over Internet Protocols (VoIP).
