LOS ANGELES -- j2 Global Communications, a provider of outsourced, value-added messaging and communications services, has expanded its voice service into eight additional European markets.

This service expansion reflects j2’s strategy to bring full coverage for Onebox Receptionist and eVoice Receptionist to all key markets worldwide. After seeing initial success for these voice service offerings in the United States, j2 is now offering local service telephone numbers in Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

The company is replicating its successful global expansion strategy for its eFax service to its voice services. The Receptionist service is a virtual phone system solution for small businesses that directs calls to any location and includes auto-attendant menus, voicemail, faxing, and conferencing.
