CRI Adds Mutare Messaging Suite Option to Avaya Solution Kit

CRI, a unified communications integrator, has added Mutare's messaging suite to its Avaya Solution Kit demo kit, providing Avaya's Aura Core and Applications in a single portable package.

The Mutare solution enables users to read, listen to, and control voicemail from email. Messages can be forwarded, appended, searched, archived, and read in any order. The kit is intended for demo purposes and is not for resale or production.

"We are very pleased to partner with CRI to include our most popular messaging applications into the kit," said Rich Quattrocchi, director of marketing at Mutare, in a statement. "Customers see immediate value in speech to text, and it makes for an engaging demonstration. Our monitoring tool [offers] an at-a-glance dashboard that delivers real-time data and is used to ensure SLA performance for contact centers and customer service operations."
