CallCopy announced this week that its cc: Discover call recording solution is compliant with telephony and contact center solutions from Avaya.


cc: Discover was found to be compatible with Avaya Communication Manager 4.01 telephony software for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and traditional TDM-based communications. The compatibility testing, done at Avaya's Solution Interoperability and Test Lab in Lincroft, N.J., certifies that businesses can install the software on their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure, thereby speeding deployment of new applications and reducing network complexity and implementation costs.

CallCopy is a Gold member of Avaya's DevConnect Program, a company initiative to develop, market, and sell third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology. Two of its other products have already been deemed Avaya-compliant.
