CallMiner and BusComm Announce Reseller Agreement

Speech analytics systems provider CallMiner today signed a reseller agreement with BusComm, an exclusive value added reseller (VAR) of digital voice and data information management systems.

“BusComm is excited to provide a very unique and differentiated product—Eureka! Essentials for speech analytics—to our existing base of contact centers,” said John Moldthan, president and CEO of BusComm. “The ability to analyze up to 1,000 hours of customer conversations per day will be a tremendous value-added offering to our small-to-medium-sized contact centers that are seeking to search calls and retrieve data quickly for critical customer intelligence.”
