CallMiner and ZOOM International Execute Reseller Agreement
The companies will integrate speech analytics into ZOOM's suite of software solutions for contact centers.

CallMiner and ZOOM International, a provider of IP recording and quality management software, today announced the companies had executed a reseller agreement that would fully integrate speech analytics into ZOOM’s suite of contact center software solutions.

The new software solution will be branded as SpeechREC—speech analytics for the contact center—and will be immediately and exclusively distributed by ZOOM to its Cisco partners.

“SpeechREC extracts very meaningful business intelligence from recorded calls that will help organizations grow top line revenue in a number of important ways: through new customer acquisition, customer retention initiatives, or up-selling and cross selling of products,” said ZOOM International’s president, Brian Shore. “From ZOOM’s perspective, adding speech analytics to our suite of contact center solutions significantly strengthens our value proposition to our Cisco partners.”
