Zeacom, a provider of unified communications solutions for small to mid-sized businesses, garnered formal interoperability verification testing certification from Cisco for its Console version 4.1 on Cisco's Unified Communications Manager versions 4.2, 4.3, 5.0 and 5.1.  Zeacom offers a unified communications solution for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (formerly called CallManager) users.

ZCC Console 4.1 has completed and passed the Product Compatibility Testing process at Cisco's testing laboratories in the U.S. and has achieved Technology Developer Affiliate status. By completing this milestone, this integration will be listed in the Cisco Technology Developer Program.

"This integration with Cisco's Unified Communications Manager adds to the flexibility and effectiveness of our solution for the SMB market," said Zeacom President Ernie Wallerstein. "Zeacom's platform provides telephony, fax, voice messaging and rich presence for the entire enterprise without having to rely on a third-party application. And because it is one unified application, a contact center agent , for example, can see the presence of other employees outside the queue to help them provide better service and quicker call resolution, or First Contact Resolution."
