CosmoCom recently released CosmoCall Universe (CCU) version 5.1, containing major system enhancements based on customer experience and feedback.

Some of the areas improved in CCU 5.1 are High Availability, Direct Inward Dialing (DID), Centralized Agent Configuration, and Automatic Voice Quality Monitoring. Other areas enhanced in the CosmoCall Universe 5.1 upgrade include archiving, permission profiling, resource optimization, and CosmoCorder searching tools.
