German services provider D+S solutions has incorporated VoiceObjects' phone application server software into its Telco Portal Suite.

Telco Portal Suite provides modular, automated services, such as authentication, product activation, account information, location-based services, and even FAQ services, over the phone. The new product enables carriers, service providers, cable companies, and others to offer world-class customer support in their customer service centers, complementing live-agent support with automated customer self-service.

The Telco Portal Suite application is delivered as a hosted service and is priced on a pay-per-use basis.
