ENGLEWOOD, Colo. - Datria released its 3.0 series of applications, including Ticket Management™, Scouting and Inspection™, and Storm Recovery™. Release 3.0 migrates operational functions to Web-based tools, adds new application development capabilities, and extends support for industry standards and speech platforms.

Datria has added SALT support on top of existing VoiceXML options and certified its packaged applications on a range of platforms. Datria's family of DataConnections has been updated to include new releases of SAP NetWeaver, BMC Remedy, ClickSoftware and JDBC. Datria has also increased support for speech platforms, such as adding support for Intervoice Omvia, Microsoft MSS, Nuance NVP, VoiceGenie and SandCherry Voice4 Radio. Several speech hosting services have also been certified, including Bevocal, CPT, Message Technologies, Voxeo, XO Interactive and Vail Systems.
