Larimer County Community Corrections in Colorado has selected Diaphonics for the development and implementation of an advanced telephone verification and information system for both inbound and outbound calling.

Based on Diaphonics’ Spike Server platform, the system will provide defendants with pretrial information, reporting schedules, and electronic monitoring. It leverages Spike Server’s voice verification and interactive voice response (IVR) capabilities to ensure a high level of security and functionality. Other features include call recording and call scheduling.

Diaphonics uses its proprietary biometric voice verification engine for advanced telephone-based authentication. With voice verification, a caller’s identity is confirmed by a spoken password that is matched to a prerecorded vocal template, or voiceprint.
