SYDNEY, Australia and LONDON, UK - Holly Connects will bundle the Holly Voice Platform with Vicorp's xMP service creation software to deliver a solution designed for the deployment of multiple voice self-service applications.

The bundle offers hosted service providers and telecommunications companies with a VoiceXML-based solution combining Holly's multi-tenancy features with xMP's development and management tools. 

Holly's multi-tenancy features provide tools to allow each tenant to gain access to guaranteed resources for calls with the ability to configure and report for applications.  Holly's model enables delegation of resources, authority, and access to support a broad range of commercial models for multi-tenanted IVR.

Vicorp's xMP offers a drag-and-drop graphical user interface that enables the customer to tailor prompts, grammars, or content delivered to the caller.  xMP shields the user from code level complexities and supports reusability by allowing the user to create blocks of call flow logic that can then be packaged up and imported into future applications.
