Intervoice Announces IP Contact Center Version 4

At the VoiceCon Cenference in Orlando, Fla., Intervoice announced the release of Version 4 of its IP Contact Center solution (IPCC).

IPCC 4 is available integrated with the Intervoice Voice Portal, as a separate solution, or as part of Intervoice's hosted solutions.

Features of the new version include seamless connection between self-service and live agent interaction also enables the contact center to report on end-to-end interactions. Additional capabilities available with this release include built-in computer-telephony interface, new configuration tools enabling shorter implementation times, and enhanced security.
