Hosted interactive voice response and dialer solutions provider LiveVox has opened an office in Roswell, Ga., an Atlanta suburb, to support its growth and the burgeoning collections industry in the greater Atlanta region.

LiveVox also hired industry veterans Christopher Schaeffer and Jack Morris to support sales and development from the Atlanta office. Prior to LiveVox, Schaeffer was vice president of business development at Interactive Data, a solutions provider for collections and debt buyers. Schaeffer also served as lead sales executive at American Computer Resources, where he managed sales for the ATM and banking-related equipment market. Morris comes to LiveVox with extensive experience in the collections industry, having served as vice president at Empire Solutions/ Eucalyptus Portfolios and compliance director at Financial Asset Management Systems (FAMS).

LiveVox is headquartered in San Francisco and recently opened other regional offices in Denver and Mexico City to "work closely with our customers by creating a strong local presence in industry hot-spots around North America," said Louis Summe, CEO of LiveVox.
