Loquendo has opened new U.K. offices at 14-16 Regent St. in central London, following growth in demand for the company’s speech technologies and services and the pressing need for a permanent U.K. presence.

The opening of the London office, along with those European offices already established in Madrid, Munich, and Paris, will enable Loquendo to better take advantage of the growing demand for speech, not just in the United Kingdom but across northern Europe. Loquendo, despite the global recession, has enjoyed a year of considerable success in northern Europe, and consequently, the company has decided to invest in a local presence in the U.K. to be nearer to its clients and to position itself in preparation for the market’s recovery.
