Loquendo, a global provider of speech technologies, presents Fernanda, the new female Brazilian voice.

Fernanda joins Loquendo's broad range of synthetic voices for the Portuguese and Spanish speaking world. This brings the total number of voices in the Loquendo portfolio to 55, while the total number of languages is 23.

Currently available languages include: U.S. and U.K. English, American Spanish, Mexican, Chilean and Argentinian Spanish, Castilian, Catalan, Valencian, Galician, Brazilian, Portuguese, Italian, Esperanto, German, French, Dutch, Greek, Mandarin Chinese, Swedish, Turkish, Canadian French, and Polish in both male and female voices, with more under development all the time.

 Like all of Loquendo's voices, Fernanda is available for telephony, multimedia, and embedded applications.
