LumenVox’s Speech Engine was recently found to compatible with Avaya Communication Manager 4.0, Voice Portal 4.0, and IR 3.0.

The LumenVox Speech Engine is automatic speech recognition technology designed for telephony applications and comes included with support for several languages, including American, Australian/New Zealand and U.K. English, varieties of Spanish and Canadian French.

 LumenVox is a member of the Avaya DevConnect program—an initiative to develop, market and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology and extend the value of a company’s investment in its network.  As a Gold member of the program, LumenVox is eligible to submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab in Lincroft, N.J.  Avaya engineers develop a comprehensive test plan for each technology to verify whether it is Avaya compliant.
