Managed data, voice, and security services provider MegaPath Corp. has launched Hosted Voice Mobile, a new service that provides business customers with one-number VoIP calling capability from their desk phones, desktop computers, or smartphones.

MegaPath Hosted Voice Mobile is a service that gives customers access to a Web portal that enables call routing in real time, using one VoIP number. In addition to Hosted Voice Mobile, MegaPath is also introducing a hosted key system product allowing hosted lines to be shared across multiple lines.

Hosted Voice Mobile enables cost savings since there is no PBX or key system to lease or buy, the company said, and all domestic calls are free and unlimited. MegaPath said that its customers save an estimated 50 percent versus traditional telephony systems.
