Under a new agreement signed last week, Metro One Telecommunications will provide its enhanced directory assistance and other services to subscribers of competitive local exchange carrier One Communications.

The EDA service and supporting call centers will support One Communications’ business customers in 16 states throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and upper Midwestern United States.
