The New Hampshire Union Leader, a daily newspaper read by more than 200,000 people throughout the state, has selected VoicePort's CircPort OnDemand application to field inbound circulation-related customer service calls.

The hosted CircPort application processes a variety of caller requests related to circulation issues, such as payment options and vacation holds, and will be integrated with the Union Leader's circulation databases. CircPort uses automated speech recognition technologies to process requests.
