Newfound Communications, a provider of call recording, interactive voice response (IVR), and dialing solutions for the telecommunications industry, has entered into a strategic reseller alliance with Unified TelData Inc. (UTDi), a California-based provider of intelligent solutions for world-class communications.

Under terms of the agreement, UTDi will offer its customers Newfound’s full portfolio of solutions, including IP Call Recorder, VXML Dialer and MediaMixer.
