Nuance Communications today officially expanded its NDEV Mobile developer program with its introduction in Russia, supporting speech-to-text and text-to-speech for the Russian language.

Launched in January and 6,000 developers strong, NDEV Mobile allows developers to take advantage of Nuance's Dragon Mobile SDK to voice-enable iOS, Android, and Windows Phone 7 apps with the power of Dragon.

NDEV Mobile’s launch in Russia marks the 21st language in the Dragon SDK voice-to-text portfolio, with more than 30 for text-to-speech.
