OTTAWA, Canada - Liquid11 developed and deployed SwitchboardFREE, a free online call management system in the UK using the Pronexus' VBVoice IVR development environment.

SwitchboardFREE leverages VBVoice's IVR functionality including call distribution, voicemail, and caller display to provide users with an auto attendant and call queuing system.

VBVoice is an application development tool for telephony and speech to blend a GUI with programming in a Visual Studio .NET environment. In addition to supporting a range of IVR functionality, VBVoice enables developers to deploy using a distributed architecture for the ability to host multiple IVR applications on a single server.

SwitchboardFREE t is available free of charge to UK businesses with up to 50 employees.
