Ottawa—Pronexus Inc., a software company that provides solutions and development tools for voice-enabling business processes, today announced that the launch of an educational program for field service organizations on how speech recognition technology overcomes the barriers of cost and complexity in deploying a mobility solution and generates a high return on investment.
