CRANBURY, N.J. - Real Soft, Inc. (RSI), an application developer and Systems integrator specializing in contact centers, was selected by Avaya, a global provider of business communications applications, systems and services, for Platinum membership in the Avaya DeveloperConnection program.
As an OEM and product specialist system integrator to Avaya, Real Soft supports Avaya sales teams globally with its business intelligence products that provides for administration, management, and reporting of voice platforms and applications, as well as professional services for self-service automation. RSI provides the Avaya teams with pre-sales support, application development, proof of concept, integration services, OAM&P tools, training, and maintenance.
