TelAssistant, a phone answering service that screens calls, takes messages, and patches calls through to subscriber phones or other devices, has partnered with Ditech Networks to make use of their PhoneTag solution that converts voicemails to text and delivers them via email and/or text messages.

Now with PhoneTag's new technology, every voicemail that is received can be converted to text and sent to business owners. These added features in TelAssistant make sure that a client's small to large businesses, medical offices, law firms, or home businesses never miss a call, voicemail, or important message.
