VeCommerce Limited continues its global expansion with the opening of its newest office in Wellington. This expansion coincides with new appointments to the New Zealand team.

Jack Riley joins VeCommerce as business development manager, following more than six years at VeCommerce customer TelstraClear, where he was the account director for the Ministry of Social Development (MSD). During his time at TelstraClear, Jack played a key role in introducing voice self-service solutions to MSD.

Further appointments have been made to the New Zealand Operations team to increase its capacity to deliver within the voice self-service market.

VeCommerce customers in New Zealand include TelstraClear, MSD, Inland Revenue, Auckland Co op Taxis and Restaurant Brands (Pizza Hut).
