Verint announced the new Portuguese language version of its Impact 360® Speech Analytics software from Verint Witness Actionable Solutions.

Impact 360 Speech Analytics provides key insights and actionable intelligence from companies’ customer interaction recordings. Leveraging the software, organizations can automatically surface emerging trends; key product, service and performance issues; and the root causes resulting in customer frustration and rising call volumes into the contact center — all without listening to hundreds and thousands of calls.
