Vicorp has named Caroline Leathem as its principal consultant. She joins the Professional Services team and will be responsible for leading its Voice User Interface and Business Consulting practice.

Leathem has spent the past year as an independent consultant working with customers in the United States, Europe, and Africa. Prior to that, she was head of consulting at Fluency, where she led engagements across the U.K. and U.S. for customers such as Eon, Orange, Reuters and Circuit City. She has a bachelor's degree in linguistics from Manchester University and a masters in speech and language processing from Edinburgh University.
