West Interactive will install the Holly Connects Voice Platform as part of its suite of hosted and managed speech and interactive voice response (IVR) solutions.

Holly Connects’ Voice Platform features fully engineered multi-tenancy capabilities such as natural language speech interaction, video and multi-modal services, native Voice over IP capability, highly scalable architecture for live platform provisioning, and carrier-grade reliability for mission critical applications.
