MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. - bridgeSpeak LLC announced the release of bridgeSpeak AR 1.1, a vertically integrated communication system for automotive dealerships.  The new speech-enabled program integrates with auto retailer's Dealership Management Systems (DMS). 

Built on the Microsoft Speech Server 2004 platform, bridgeSpeak AR consists of an inbound auto-attendant, as well as outbound appointment reminders, missed appointment notifications, customer mining, and special order parts notifications.  It also provides reporting on all activities.
