AVST Wins Texas Contract

Applied Voice & Speech Technologies, (AVST) has been awarded a new Texas DIR software contract to streamline the buying process for Texas state and local government agencies, as well as K-12 public and higher education systems thatacquire AVST's CX-E unified communications (UC) solution.

AVST's Texas DIR contract includes AVST CX-E. CX-E UC applications include unified messaging, secure voice messaging, automated attendant, IVR, mobile client, speech-enabled personal assistant, call center, and notification.

Today, more than 1,400 federal, state, and local government agencies and 1,200 educational institutions rely on CX-E.  

"We are very pleased to be awarded this new Texas DIR software contract," said Denny Michael, AVST's senior vice president of sales and marketing, in a statement. "The education and government sectors continue to be a primary focus for us, and we look forward to making the buying process as easy as possible."
