App-line Releases Sibilo Voice Version 4

Sibilo Voice is an Interactive Voice Response system on a VoiceXML platform. Sibilo Voice operates on Windows, Sun Solaris and Linux.

It has a new administration interface and new features such as the option to stop a service while maintaining other service operations without reloading the platform. It benefits from statistics by voice arborescence nodes. For example, with a bank service, you are able to identify if the favorite choice is: latest operations, account balance or bank transfer. The Web interface for statistic questioning permits a consultation: by voice service, zooming from yearly statistics to hourly details.

In its previous version, Sibilo Voice was managing VoIP3 through a voice card. With version 4, it integrates VoIP without a voice card. App-line developed and incorporated its own SIP4/RTP5 stack. Sibilo Voice runs with PSTN6 and SIP protocols.

Sibilo Voice matches iLBC, Speex, GSM, G726, PCMA, PCMU CODECs.

For voice recognition and synthesis server use, Sibilo Voice was using the MRCP8 client of the voice card. For the new version with or without voice card, named "Full Soft," App-line has developed its own MRCP client with the aim of conserving the functioning compatibility with ASR9 and TTS10 modules.

Sibilo Voice is powered by a SNMP11 agent.
