Aspect Software Receives Honors for Its Unified Products

Frost & Sullivan, a global growth consulting company, presented Aspect Software with the 2006 North American Contact Center Suites Customer Value Enhancement Award. 

With this award, Frost and Sullivan is acknowledging the company's ability to provide a complete contact center solution that allows companies to manage their customer service, collections and sales, and telemarketing processes to meet key business objectives.
