Auraya Systems Joins Avaya Partner Program

Voice authentication solutions provider Auraya Systems announced that it is now a member in the Avaya DevConnect Developer and Partner Program and will develop and integrate its ArmorVox Speaker Identity System with Avaya's IVR platforms.

The Avaya DevConnect program provides a wide range of developer-oriented resources, including access to application programming interfaces (APIs) and software development kits (SDKs), developer tools, technical support options, and training resources. This initiative allows solution providers to develop, market, and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology and extend the value of a company's investment in Avaya technology. The program provides a streamlined way for customers to enhance their network with best-in-class applications chosen for the capabilities they bring to Avaya's product portfolio.

As an Avaya DevConnect program member and communications application developer, Auraya Systems can leverage the tools and resources provided by the program to enhance its development efforts. This includes access to the Avaya interface for integration of Auraya's voice biometrics solution with Avaya's technologies, and submission of products for compliance testing by Avaya Solutions Interoperability and Test Lab to verify compatibility with Avaya solutions.

Designed for voice authentication security and identity management applications within the enterprise or in the cloud, ArmorVox incorporates advanced speaker identification methods and is the only product to fuse text-independent and text-dependent voice verification. By combining Avaya with ArmorVox, IVR system developers and call-center solutions providers can implement richer and more flexible biometric services with enhanced security, convenience, and flexibility.

"Enterprise customers deeply dependent upon telecommunications for customer service and operations have turned to Avaya as a leading solution and service provider," said Jeff LaBombard, vice president, Auraya Systems, in a statement. "The Avaya DevConnect program offers us the ability to integrate onto IVR platforms, allowing our partners to develop and easily implement voice biometrics authentication solutions. Our team is excited for the opportunity to partner with Avaya and to provide their customers with leading edge voice biometrics capabilities that enhance their operations."
