BeVocal Recognized for Speech-Enabled Solutions

Frost and Sullivan presented the 2005 Speech Application and Technology Customer Value Enhancement Award to BeVocal in recognition of the company's ability to expand its customer base and offer innovative speech-enabled, self-service solutions, while providing a low total cost of ownership to its customers.

This Award also recognizes the company's successful sales entry, customer acquisition and service strategies, and the degree to which those strategies have met customers' stated needs and requirements.

"BeVocal has successfully envisioned the impact that hosted speech applications are likely to have on the telephony market and has strategically developed an innovative and comprehensive portfolio of hosted solutions to serve the needs of the market," says Frost and Sullivan research analyst Krithi Rao. "The company has acquired carrier clients with a total base of millions of subscribers and expects its traffic to grow to a billion minutes per year by 2007."
