CallCopy Receives ShoreTel Customer Proven Certification

CallCopy, a provider of call recording and contact center solutions, has achieved Customer Proven status from ShoreTel, a provider of IP unified communications solutions. CallCopy was originally certified in ShoreTel’s Technology Partner Program in 2008, and achieved Partner Proven status earlier this year based on its track record with ShoreTel’s reseller community.

Like Partner Proven, ShoreTel Customer Proven members are recognized for their success with end users who have implemented a combined ShoreTel and CallCopy solution.
