CallCopy Strikes Up a Deal in New Zealand

CallCopy, a provider of call recording and contact center solutions, has entered into a strategic distributor relationship with Connector Systems, which will market and distribute cc: Discover, CallCopy's workforce optimization (WFO) suite, throughout New Zealand.

"This partnership underscores CallCopy's commitment to serving the global market," said Ed Porter, director of channel operations at CallCopy. "Connector Systems is a well-established distributor in New Zealand and will be key in driving reseller business through that region. The company's experience, technical expertise, and commitment to service make it a great match for CallCopy."

CallCopy's channel program has played an integral part in the company's continued growth and success. Its international presence includes partners across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Connector Systems provides a broad range of technology solutions, including unified communications solutions for voice, video, and data applications. The company will offer CallCopy's cc: Discover suite alongside IP phones, switches, and software to provide a comprehensive unified communications solution. cc: Discover is an extension of Connector Systems' product offering as it allows the company to offer flexible call recording, quality management, screen capture, speech analytics, and performance management solutions.

"More organizations are recognizing the benefits associated with creating and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction," said Paul Wainhouse, general manager at Connector Systems. "Partnering with a best-in-class WFO vendor enables us to meet the demands of these organizations by offering a sophisticated yet easy-to-use solution from an organization with a reputation for exceptional service and support."
