Comverse Sells Services to Telfort

WOODBURY, NY - With this partnership Comverse becomes Telfort supplier of Total Communication Services portfolio.

WOODBURY, NY - Comverse announced the sale of services from its Total Communication portfolio to the Netherlands' Telfort mobile network. The sale includes Comverse's InSight(TM) platform and services, Multimedia Messaging Service Center (MMSC), Intelligent Short Message Service Center (ISMSC), Mobile Data Gateway (MDG), notification services and other services from the ImPact Suite, including Who Called, Call Return, Web Personal Manager and Multiple Greetings. The Comverse Total Communication portfolio includes network-based value-added services. "Comverse's Total Communication portfolio fully meets all of our requirements, provides a real benefit to our subscribers and has a compelling business case," said Paul Kempers, director of networks and systems at Telfort. "The Total Communication portfolio enables Comverse to act as a single vendor that provides the added advantages of streamlined processes and communications, and improved efficiencies that can translate into faster, cost effective service deployments," stated Ray Coyte, managing director of Northern Europe at Comverse.
