Convergys Chosen as a GSA Preferred Provider

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has named Convergys a preferred contact center solutions provider, giving federal agencies access to Convergys’ entire Customer Management suite of solutions through the GSA’s $2.5 billion government contract vehicle.
