MONTREAL, CANADA - Elix announced the integration of a Call Control eXtensible Markup Language (CCXML) Browser to Elix IVS, its interactive voice response platform. CCXML provides enhanced call control capabilities that enable businesses to utilize the Web and offer voice Web services to their customers.
