Envox Worldwide Expands Professional Services Initiative

WESTBOROUGH, Mass. - Envox Worldwide has expanded its Professional Services initiative to better assist companies in their move to open, standards-based voice solutions, including those based on speech technologies, VoiceXML, Voice over IP (VoIP), Host Media Processing (HMP), and Web services. 

Envox's Professional Services Group is available to assist enterprise customers, service providers, and voice solution developers in designing, creating and deploying all types of voice solutions, including interactive voice response (IVR), enhanced self-service, automated directory assistance, alerts and notifications, call center, and carrier service solutions among others. Envox Professional Services Group also allow customers to create customized voice solutions and to integrate them with their existing telephony, data, and back office environments.  Additionally, development organizations can tap Envox to assist in their own application development efforts and/or gain assistance migrating to new technologies such as speech recognition, speaker verification, text-to-speech, VoiceXML, VoIP and Web services. The Envox Professional Services Group now offers a range of services including:

  • Project assessment and management
  • Solution architecture design
  • Call flow, grammar and user-interface design
  • Application development
  • VoiceXML and SALT script development
  • System integration
  • Installation and deployment
  • Tuning and usability testing
  • Custom training and ongoing support

Nokia engaged Envox Professional Services to design, develop, test and deploy a custom voice solution. Commenting on the completion of the project, Hung Nguyen of Nokia reported, "The Envox Professional Services Group is extremely knowledgeable and were able to quickly address any challenges we faced during this project."
