Finance Ministry of Guatemala Selects HR1 Employment Screening System from Nemesysco

NETANYA, Israel - The Finance Ministry of Guatemala is using Nemesysco's HR1 application, a human resources product using quantitative voice analysis to evaluate employee integrity and credibility. HR1 is currently being used to help the Guatemalan Finance Ministry recruit new employees. Nemesysco is a provider of voice analysis technologies.

Based on Nemesysco's voice analysis technology, HR1 enables Guatemalan human resources officials to build an integrity profile for each candidate by analyzing emotional brain activity traces as reflected in the voice.

The Finance Ministry of Guatemala intends to use the HR1 to screen all new employment candidates, with a special focus on the Customs Department. All potential new personnel, including attorneys, auditors, and customs officers, will be evaluated with HR1.

HR1 is able to categorize employment candidates into risk groups, based on their voice responses to questions regarding previous history and hypothetical scenarios regarding illegal or unlawful acts, drug use, gambling/alcohol addictions, and topics related to general integrity and company loyalty.

"The HR1 system is a significant enhancement to existing job-candidates screening processes" says Shlomo Bruck, owner of Uran Polygraph Ltd., ex-chief of the Israeli National Police Polygraph Unit, and in charge of HR1 implementation for the Guatemalan Ministry of Finance.
