Fluency Voice Technology Appoints Director of Alliances

- Fluency Voice Technology appointed Mark Bush to director of alliances. Bush will be responsible for forging and nurturing new and existing alliances and growing channel sales to expand the reach of Fluency's packaged speech recognition offerings for call centers in the Americas region.   He will be based at the company's U.S. headquarters in Boston, and will be reporting directly to Sam Waicberg, vice president of Fluency Americas, sales and marketing. 

Bush brings to Fluency over 12 years of business development and strategic alliance management experience.  As the director of alliances for Fluency Bush will play an integral role in helping to ensure the company's growth through key alliances with many of the speech platform providers such as IBM, Genesys, and Avaya.  Bush will also build channel sales and head up partner training. 

Previous to Fluency, Bush held the position of senior director of alliances for Nextance where he successfully pioneered a formal channel program.  Bush spent six years at Genesys Telecommunications Labs where he was director of North American alliances establishing relationships with a number of key Genesys partners. Prior to Genesys, Bush spent five years with Systems Solutions Group, a private integration company in San Francisco where he held various roles in sales and business development.
