GM Voices Introduces New Business Conference Video and Event Promotion Services

GM Voices, a producer of professionally recorded voice for automated technologies, has launched a new service to deliver a conference experience that's unique, fun, and engaging.

The offering entails a comprehensive suite of conference promotion and business storytelling services, including theme development, professionally narrated multimedia, business video and animation.

The argeted voice- and video-based services include the following:

  • Pre-Show Narrated Conference Video: A professional voice actor records an impactful script explaining the event's value proposition, events, keynote speakers, and other benefits. The voice is tracked to an appealing visual presentation with graphics, photos, text, and active links. Posted as a streaming video and promoted with an email, the presentation drives registration and creates excitement for the event.
  • On-Site Show Floor Media: Using voice narration, animated characters, or live actors, attendees are greeted and informed of conference events, sessions, keynotes, and after-hour events. These can be broadcasted from speakers as audio or projection screens and monitors as visual media.
  • Event Countdown: This offering makes sure the itinerary stays accurate. Using a custom-branded video countdown, attendees are notified at timed intervals to get coffee, use the restroom, and take their seats so important events start on time. The countdown is broadcast from monitors and/or a projection screen in the exhibit or banquet hall.
  • Business Animation: Make a splash with funny and educational corporate animation segments. With a cast of multiple character voices, these videos can be used before, during, or after an event to grab attention and communicate important content with a bit of levity.

"Businesses are using multimedia in a wide variety of business scenarios, but too few events are applying these tools to provide a memorable experience that will keep exhibitors and attendees coming back," said Marcus Graham, CEO of GM Voices, in a statement. "Using voice, video, and some creativity, GM Voices has all the resources to set your event apart from the surplus of undifferentiated trade shows, and all for a reasonable price."
