General Magic's magicTalk Platform Delivered by VoiceGenie

SUNNYVALE, CA and TORONTO, ONTARIO - General Magic Inc. (Nasdaq: GMGC), a developer of enterprise voice infrastructure software, and VoiceGenie Technologies Inc., a provider of VoiceXML Gateway solutions, announced they have signed a value-added reseller partnership agreement. Under the agreement VoiceGenie will provide its carrier and enterprise customers with General Magic's magicTalk Enterprise Platform for rapid VoiceXML application development in J2EE environments. With the General Magic platform, companies using VoiceGenie solutions - including its Linux-based VoiceXML Gateway with multi-speech vendor support and carrier-grade OA&M (operations, administration and management) Suite - will have flexibility in how they deploy on-premise VoiceXML application solutions.
