HTK Appoints New Non-Executive Director and Sales Director

HTK announces two key appointments: John Martyn, previously European CFO for Convergys Inc, takes up the role of non-executive director, while ex-IBM executive Simon Copeland joins as sales director. Both bring senior experience in technology markets to these newly created roles.

 

John Martyn will take on an advisory role to help guide HTK's accelerating growth, a task he is qualified for having previously steered the financial management of one of the UK's Geneva Technology - prior to its merger with Convergys in 2001. Simon Copeland will focus on the strategic positioning of HTK in key markets to develop new revenue streams. Following five years with Plasmon, Simon was commercial director at software security specialists avecho and CEO for network software company Chevin, developing and implementing global sales, channel and licensing strategies.
