Hansen Gray Acquires Voicetel Systems

Hansen Gray and Co. has acquired  the assets of VoiceTel Systems, a developer of voice recognition software, primarily for the smart home industry. VoiceTel's advanced software takes voice recognition to a new level with the ability of its commander unit to operate successfully in high noise environments. Initial applications for the VoiceTel operating system are expected to focus on commanding and controlling entertainment and other home electronic devices in real time. Additional applications include the ability to voice activate home security systems, control temperature gauges, switch appliances on or off, control lighting, program a home theater or entertainment system, and perform many other tasks.
