HeyAnita to Offer Carriers In-Network Voice Solutions with HP

LOS ANGELES, CA - HeyAnita Inc., a voice software company, announced an agreement with HP to provide in-network voice solutions globally. Under the agreement, HP intends to provide systems integration services around HeyAnita's voice software offerings. Additionally, HeyAnita and HP intend to market HeyAnita's FreeSpeech™ Gateway Server which includes the FreeSpeech™ Voice Browser, capable of interpreting VoiceXML and SALT applications, and HeyAnita's prepackaged voice applications for deployment on HP hardware. This relationship is intended to enable wireless and landline carriers to efficiently deploy high-density, in-network voice applications for their customers. As part of the companies' alliance, HeyAnita is integrating its voice software with a variety of HP hardware and telephony platforms. These platforms will range from carrier-grade, high-density voice access solutions to HP ProLiant servers and HP Opencall SS7 technologies. One key advantage of the companies' approach will be the flexibility that it offers to carriers - flexibility to deploy VoiceXML or SALT-based solutions, to choose from a variety of leading ASR and TTS engines, and to choose port densities and platforms based on specific network requirements. The HeyAnita and HP offerings are intended to enable carriers to provide services targeted at the mobile professional that can generate incremental subscription-based revenue, reduce churn, and increase minutes of usage. HeyAnita's prepackaged voice applications range from personal information management tools to location-specific and content-based solutions. Some examples include:
  • Voice Access to Corporate Email and Calendaring (MS Outlook and Lotus Notes)
  • Voice Access to Voicemail (VAVM)
  • Voice-Activated Dialing (VAD)
  • Alerts and Notifications
